🎟️ Mock-Ups:
Once you have placed your order, we will send a mock-up of your ticket within 4 working days.  At this point, you can confirm if any amendments should be made.  Please respond to this message within 48 hours, as this ensures we are able to get your order completed with any amendments or adjustments without delay.  If we do not hear from you within this time, we will assume that you are happy with the mock-up and your order will be completed and shipped and we will not be able to make any further adjustments.  Please double check any spellings as we will assume the form is correct, and unfortunately we cannot offer replacements if you have made an error after we have completed your order.
