💌 Shipping Information:
Once ordered, the ashes collection kit will be sent you within 5 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours. We suggest you return the kit to us using a tracked service. All completed memorial jewellery is sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
♾️ The Process:
Once we receive the ashes, I will begin creating your memorial piece. This usually takes around 1-2 weeks to complete. Please rest assured, I only work on one loved one’s piece at any time ensuring the upmost respect and attention is given. All loved one’s ashes are kept completely secured and labelled throughout the process. I request a minimal amount of ashes (around a teaspoon) and any remaining ashes that were unused, will be returned back to you along with your memorial item.
🎨 Due to various monitor settings on your computer the colours of this piece may look slightly different in person from what you see on your screen, I try my best to make sure that the image you see is as accurate as possible.
